Here's a simple MUSHROOM STIR FRY recipe :) It's very easy to make ..and is loaded with lots of health benefits .. Here are the health benefits of mushroom ..

Here's the recipe ..
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: 3
Ingredients:
Button Mushrooms - 200 gms (chopped)
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Wash mushrooms in running water ..chop it only before cooking ..
2. Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, add in cumin seeds, sliced onions ..saute it till onions turn golden ..


3. Add in chopped mushrooms ..add in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder ..drizzle some water ..don't add too much of water ..just drizzling is enough ..as mushrooms holds moisture in it ..



4. Cover and cook ..stir it on regular intervals till they're done ..


5. Season it with required salt ..
6. Serve hot with rotis/chapathis/even as side dishes to rice :)
