We all live, earn, eat, sleep, love, pray, etc for a sound health ..So health is the greatest wealth .. HAPPINESS IS HOME MADE .. so live life ..LOVE LIFE :)

Here are some health tips that we'll need for our everyday life ..do share it with your friends and family ..have a HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIVING :)


1. Eat 6 small meals per day to increase speed of your metabolism and keep your blood sugar levels even ..Remember to EAT SLOWLY and EAT AT THE RIGHT TIME ..

2. Drink 2 to 3 litres of water per day and keep yourself hydrated ..

3. Avoid eating saturated and transfats

4. Stop counting calories ..Count nutritional value like protein, fibre and carbohydrates ..Have a look at the nutrition label ..

5. Wherever you go, always carry an apple :)

6. Make vegetables at least 50% of your meal ..


7. Never skip your breakfast ..have a healthy breakfast ..it is a great way to give you the energy you need to start the day ..

8. Include FIBER in your diet ..to keep your food moving through your intestines easily ..(because fatty foods are hard to digest, pair such food with fiber)

9. Try to eat warm foods such as soups, cooked vegetables and teas in your diet ..

10. Eat FRUIT for a snack ..get started with a healthy way of living

11. Avoid eating bulk during dinner time ..Overeating before bedtime can increase your levels of alertness and cause more frequent wakeups throughout the night ..

12. Try to avoid junk foods ..Pizza, burgar, etc just add fat and weight ..they can even trigger stomach and liver disease due to contamination ..

13. Consume fruits such as water melon, cucumber and papaya ..as they have very less calories and high water content ..

14. For a change, have boiled sprouts as evening snack ..

15. Bananas are the good sources of vitamin B ..they help to boost your energy and give sufficient amounts of potassium, that protects your heart ..Eating one banana everyday decreases your blood pressure ..

16. Add dark green leafy vegetables in your diet ..they are full of anti cancer compound, minerals and vitamins ..
