This golden milk makes to feel good esp during winter season :) It is very very healthy too ..
As we have added turmeric, that -
Ingredients:
Milk - 200 ml
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Palm sugar/Panangarkandu - 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Start boiling milk in a sauce pan
2. Once it is boiled completely, pour the required amount of milk in a serving glass
3. Add in the palm sugar, turmeric powder and pepper powder
4. Mix it well
5. Serve hot!! :)
